| Breakdown Speed(r.p.m) | 13680 | Features | An innovative disc grinding material that is created by sealing in abrasive grains into a base material consists of combination of elastic rubber and specially processed ceramic filler (filling material). (*Not a cutting wheel) Since ceramic filler is blended into inside of the elastic rubber, it is incredibly insusceptible for blockage, and its self-regenerating effect provides a stable grinding performance for an extended period of time. Furthermore, elastic rubber is highly impact resistant so the contact against work material is soft and as a result, surface roughness is much smoother than the indicated grading of the product by several levels. A set comes in combination of 6 levels of grading, ranging from the one that is used for rough polishing to the one that is used for finish polishing. Select the level of grading to use depending on the each steps of the work procedures. | Use | Removal of rust from the section of the metal, surface finishing of the stainless steel equipment, chamfering of the glass, removal of scratches from non-ferrous metals or film removal, etc. The usage (type) will depend on the work material. |
